Welcome, we are delighted to have you with us! In this order form we have put together beautiful bouquets that we deliver in Bern and the surrounding communities (hereinafter referred to as Greater Bern). We deliver some of the bouquets throughout Switzerland and worldwide.

	Where should we deliver your flowers?
	Recipient of the flowers: Name, full address and, if possible, a phone number — all in a single input field that you can format freely.

	Your message to the recipient
	Greeting message: In this text field, you can write a few nice lines to the flower recipient.

	When should the flowers arrive at the recipient?
	Delivery date: Free text field. Indicate in any format when the flowers should arrive at the recipient. We deliver Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before noon can still be delivered the same day. Sunday deliveries only on Mother’s Day morning and Valentine’s Day morning. You may also use this field for additional instructions or comments to us.
