Ihr Besitzer stellt sie meist in eine schöne Ecke des Raums, so dass Wände und Decke das tropische Glück reflektieren und die Bewohner darin eintauchen können. Es handelt sich um sehr imposante Zimmerpflanzen, die je nach Art unglaublich grosse Blätter aufweisen und reichlich Sauerstoff produzieren.
