A cognac for the male soul"Außen hart und innen ganz weich!
Werd'n als Kind schon auf Mann geeicht", yet another verse by Grönemeyer. This bouquet is wild and picks up the colour of the cognac. To find the best at our door neighbours' Cantina del Mulino on Moserstrasse, we degustated until we dropped. We chose the 1989 from the Île d'Oléron (70 cl): it is as inscrutable as the soul of a man.
